Maintenance Services
As a key steward of the District's facilities, Maintenance Services is responsible for facility assessments, skilled trades, building care, asbestos, and the management of planned, corrective, and preventive maintenance. Our goal is to support the District's and department's mission and vision of providing a safe and functional learning and working environment for all students, personnel, and staff.
The Maintenance team is responsible for the day-to-day operation, repair, and safety of our students, sites, and staff.
Services provided by Maintenance include but are not limited to the following:
- Electrical (Lighting)
- Equipment/Supply Deliveries (Small & Large Items)
- Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning
- Locksmith
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- General Maintenance (fencing, paving, ceiling tiles, playground equipment)
- External Campus Moves
- Key Issuance to all District Faculty & Staff
- Addressing Campus Facilities Emergencies:
Please call the office at (626)943-6500, if you are experiencing an emergency so we can dispatch the Maintenance staff immediately. Please be aware that you will need to follow up with a work order as soon as possible.
