Qualtrics Daily Symptom

Although we have retired the Qualtrics Daily Symptom and Daily Temperature Screeners, the latest health orders from DPH highly recommend that agencies maintain a form of daily screening to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus. As such, Monterey Highlands has implemented the Daily Screening Questionnaire, for all entering our school campuses to take and review remotely, daily, before arrival at school.
