Early College Program

Alhambra USD, in partnership with East Los Angeles College, offers College Credit Courses to AUSD high school students.

Classes are taught by college instructors and are held in various online formats: Asynchronous (no mandatory meetings) and Zoom (class via zoom on a designated day during the week).   Classes are offered free of charge to students.

College Credit Courses give students the opportunity to earn college credit (if a student receives a passing grade) prior to high school graduation.  Most classes are UC/CSU transferable.  It is the responsibility of the student to verify with the college course catalog.   It is also the student's responsibility to verify if college credit is transferable to private and out-of-state universities.

Please refer to Schedule of Classes and Course Descriptions for more information.

Students have the option of taking single courses OR multiple courses to fulfill pathway requirements (see below for Pathway Options).
